Case Hardening
“To ensure that our steel products are resistant to rust, we use a process known as case hardening. This is essential for products intended to use out of doors and is strongly recommended for all our other products as well. Our products are covered by a warranty lasting five years, as of the date on which the product is delivered to you.
This warranty does not cover damage due to a fortuitous or accidental event, such as distortion of the product, impacts or abnormal rises in temperature.
Our warranty shall be deemed null and void if alterations are made to the product.”

Using only the best quality lead-free pewter (min 92% tin), which is entirely safe to use anywhere in the home and does not rust. Pewter has a warm and lustrous quality, which is hand finished to give a unique patina. The products are neither plated nor lacquered.

Cleaning with a soft damp cloth will restor the original finish.
